What’s up? How are things today and life? I have lost 4 pounds I think :thinking: But it is extremely slow.
Can’y wait honestly.

I bought some shoes and the guy was so nice that he gave me a pair of beach slippers as a gift :flushed: something cool. I re/gifted them to my sister :joy:

Tomorrow is an exciting day, I am going out my eldest most awesome friend for a night in the pubs in (the old district) ahhh hope I have some fun. I can smoke everywhere btw and do shots and stuff.

What I did today-well.
Physical exercise, rowing and running.
I also studied mathematics from an undergraduate book for 45 minutes in total in several goes.
The quality of the studies was good.
It was the first time I studied for a long time.
I also played some chess.

You wrote that you eat 800 calories a day, I am really concerned that you are starving yourself.
In my opinion you should consume at least 1300-1500 calories a day, and in any case consult with doctors/nutritionists
about your nutrition. You may be harming yourself by eating too little calories.

No I think if I weigh the food or check on MFP the calories will add up to at least 1300

Instant coffee: 200 calories
lunch I ate stuffed eggplant with bread - at least 600 calories
i had 2 beer -
i ate a big salad with cheese
I also ate peanuts

so

the quality of the calories is not particularly good, esp the beer and coffee.
Was the bread healthy?
now, do you exercise?

Yeah i made a roasted eggplant sandwich with pita bread :bread: :blush::blush::blush:

I walked four thousand steps today which is 40 minutes

You are such an inspiring girl :blush:
But never be satisfied, always try to improve!
For example, you may try swimming, swimming is more intense than walking.
Or running, which is more intense than swimming.
With more intense excercise you may get increased benefits in health and functioning.
Also, try to consume bread that is from a healthy grain like rye.
You may want to consult with a nutritionist to polish your diet.

I went to work today and had intrusive thoughts on and off. i feel like crap for a little while, then i feel ok. Now i’m home doing nothing but i might go fishing in a little while.

Just started yesterday implementing cardio jogging / walking everyday or when I have time for 30 minutes into my daily routine (it’s suppose to help with schizophrenia), also I’m setting goals and working on my self employed stuff again as that is my passion.

All of this is a result of lowering my lamictal.

Also I’m gonna be out of credit card debt next month so life just keeps on getting better.
