mine was okay. bought some things from the store, so I got my 30 minute walk. played some video games with my brother. mom cooked A LOT of food: yams, stuffing, ham, cranberry sauce, potato salad, baked macaroni and cheese, etc. my brother washed all the dishes, pots and stuff, even though I wanted to wash them 
Just went and picked up my man no hug or kiss no even looking me over. Other than that was okay with my family but noticed they passed everything to everyone else before me
I didn’t have because I’m from New Zealand the land of the long white cloud.
Had some tofurky and other fixings. Good stuff.

I guess we have to send our army over there and spread the tradition by force!

thanksgiving is cool, though
I was getting hungry just reading about the food. I love to eat
We got a traditional Thanksgiving meal on Monday. Today, on Thanksgiving, I pretty much slept through it. I wasn’t depressed or anything, just drowsy.
I made two sweet potato casseroles, spent four hours at my inlaws. Super tired and “buzzing” now, but happy with a good day. 
I had a great Thanksgiving. Went to my sister’s, so I got to visit with her and her family, not to mention the smoked turkey, ham, cheesy potatoes and mashed potatoes and gravy that I stuffed myself with lol. Afterward I went to a friend’s house to watch the Lions-Vikings game he had recorded, which was one hell of a game! Considering we’re Lions fans it was a great outcome, too. Great Thanksgiving, great day!

Dont think i could afford it or be bothered if its just for me and my boyfriend is interstate.
If he was with me i would of liked to have celebrated and made turkey etc.
I was alone. No point.

Thanksgiving was really good. I pretended I was fine while the wife got to spend time with her cousins. I even got to hear her laugh. Was very worth it.
We don’t have that is Australia. I’m jealous
@Mouseymoo why that u guys don’t have in Australia…as u guys are christian right…!!! As a Hindu myself we don;t even have X_mas cuz Christian population are rare here,!!!
I don’t think it’s a Christian thing, I think it’s an American thing. But surely it is made up in other ways. Is there no stuff your face with food day in Australia or Nepal?
