How to use generic epi pen

I just got stung by a bee, and realized I had no idea how to use my generic epi pen. I was able to find this helpful link and instructional video, so I figured I should share it with you guys, in case anyone has a generic epi pen also.

I am okay. I took a large dose of Benadryl as ordered by my doctor, and I never went into anaphylaxis. But it is important to know this stuff in the future.

are u allergic to bee stings?

I’m allergic to honeybees, but I have been told to treat every sting with caution, in case I end up being allergic to other bees as well. This one hasn’t caused a reaction so far, fingers crossed.
