How to make restaurant style sashimi

I recently learned something new and I wanted to share with y’all.

I didnt take any pics but I will next time.

I learned how go properly make proper sashimi out of raw fish (any raw fish)

First, make sure your raw fish is edible by either buying it from a supermarket or freeze blasting it.(Your freezer at home cant do that so I suggest just buying the fish from the store)

Next, you wanna mix white wine with soy sauce, but more wine than sauce.

Then, all you do is dump the fish in the marinade over night and ka blam o, you got some nice sashimi ready to go. Just cut em up into small piece and serve with ginger.

Voila, took me a while to find out that the 2nd secret ingredient is white wine, the 1st being soy sauce.
