first off aluminum foil dose not stop e waves, it must be tin foil, start with a sheet and rap it around your head above the ears then shape it in to a tower , take a pic and post it.

I lined my beanie once, and my pillows. Not recommended, the foil get hot from the head which can be dangerous to overheating the brain.

I put foil over my forehead. I wanted to block the signals going to my brow chakra. I was hospitalised the next day.

I had worn a tin foil hat.
It did nothing.

When i was frightened of people being able to read my mind, i would try to put a hat on or something similar. Never tried aluminium or tin foil.

when i was resding targeted individual crap found out they sell products that are lined with lead. hats. tents. weird stuff these people believe.

Never did the tin foil thing. I guess when you believe you are dead then tin foil is not a consideration.

I thought no one else had come to idea of foil voice protection…
Twenty five years ago, I wore cap over foil on my head for a week…
Didn’t do anything to stop waves…
