Having issues with my dad. Lately he has become angry everytime I do things incorrectly. I feel really hurt by his ccomments and before it wasn’t as bad. He thinks I don’t act ladylike and have no common sense. What do you suggest I do? He is getting pretty old and has health problems so I should be more understanding.

Is your mom still alive? Regardless, being old and having health problems is not an excuse for being mean to your daughter. I would tell him that you’re helping him because you love him. You’d think he’d be grateful, but all he does is criticize your every move and it’s hurting your feelings. It needs to stop.

Maybe get your sister’s help . If she tells him to stop he might listen.
