Do any of you guys have this problem.i have serious shopping addiction any i don t know how to cut off.could you guys give any tips for how to prevent this addiction
What med are u taking? Shopping addiction is a side effect of some meds especially Abilify.
İ don t think its medicine induced.i have just addiction to shop even before medicine
It’s a form of ocd. You have to work on aborting the activity. Having other replacement activities ready can be helpful if you in part shop out of boredom. Also supplementing with NAC might be beneficial for ocd

I remember watching the movie ‘confessions of a shopaholic’. I thought it was funny.
I believe she froze her creditcard in water in the freezer so she couldn’t access it.
In my opinion people should be learned more about finances in school. A lot of people struggle with it and it can have a big impact on their life.
