I do 100 at a time. I did it on Xmas and the 28th but then I get lazy and I don’t keep up with my routine. I will definitely do it again. I got a weight too. I do sit-ups and ab workouts I try to implement yoga into my routine too
It’s hard to lose weight tho I’d love to gain muscle as well as lose weight but I stay the same weight but now I’m trying a better diet
When I was at my best I weighed 175 lbs. and could bench press 285 lbs. That’s good for someone who isn’t an athlete. I thought I was good until I saw this football player that could bench press 225 lbs. forty times.
Everyone is different and do what you like. I’ve seen people who do it. Max weight and things like go to failure and rest heaps. It’s curious how it all works so just do you. I need to be a bit more professional about it and do a set workout but usually just go hard and do things I’m familiar with. Works for me.
