500lbs 6 reps on trap bar, thought I was done at 5 reps, apparently not LOL

345lbs 5 reps with wraps

225lbs 2 reps bombed the third one

Using this site http://www.exrx.net/Calculators/OneRepMax.html and factoring in the difference between a straight bar and a trap bar, my one rep maxes should be

deadlift 525
bench 235
squat 390

should have a total of around 1150lbs

I weigh 170, will cut to 165 through water weight for competitions

oh my god,i would hate to meet you in a dark alley!!! i am 60 years old…i feel good if i can get out of my chair…hahahaha…you should be so proud of who you are and what you have become…hang tough…
