Yea twice a week sounds about right.
Maybe a bit more often in summer if I get sweaty.
I don’t overdo it with washing and scrubbing though, lest my skin gets thin

I shower daily, sometimes I skip a day if im unwell, but generally daily. I like to keep up with thr hygiene, I also shave my privates monthly

Wow. Daily showers is impressive ya’ll. I dont even think about showering. It just seems like so much work. But now that we are talking about it im going to shower now

I mean isnt showering pleasant to you and relaxing? When I didnt have to pay directly for water at university showers, I used to stay in the shower for hours…

Better question. Do you pee in the shower? Every time i shower i have to pee. So i just let it flow
Yeah peeing in the shower is normal… even its talked about in “Bob’s burgers” episode about it lol

I love that show! I thought i was one of the only ones to pee in the shower. But maybe everybody does it. I love this forum. So much useful info.
My psychiatrist said the reason schizophrenics don’t take showers because they’re overstimulated and showers activate a lot of stimuli. I think it’s probably negative symptoms. I shower twice a week.

Its like a double pleasure while peeing in the shower, you get the pelasure fron easing your bladder and from warm, relaxing water
