I socialize mainly with family and meet up with friends every couple of months. Not much but I rarely feel lonely.

Are you happy on your own or do you feel lonely?

I regularly see my daughter,granddaughters, and gt grandchildren, and semi regularly my depot nurse. For most of the time though I’m by myself. Most of the time that’s fine, but every now and then I long for the actual physical presence of another person. That may sound bad, but it’s miles better than how things were when I lived in Essex.

I’ve every now and then been proactive in trying to be more socially engaged IRL. The last was pre Covid. I won’t go into details,as I’ve mentioned it before, but it didn’t go well.

I’m alone a lot. I’m agoraphobic and only leave the house on Saturday mornings with my husband to run errands. Other than that, he works 40 hours so I’m on my own a lot.

I’ve been keeping to myself last few months. Only socialize with my work helper and dad step mom. I’d like to get out and make new friends tried a Nami meeting yesterday

I am alone three quarters of the day
I go out every day with dad to visit mum in the care home sometimes we go shopping for supplies and go for kfc, McDonald’s or Burger King and every two weeks we go lunch at pizza express or Indian then I have a friend I email online and a friend who keeps in touch

Now that I am alone, I’m alone like 90% of the time. I spend a lot of time on the phone with mental health workers and on Zoom with various teachers.

I do rehab three to five times a week where I’m around other people and socialize some. That’s about it though.
