Im60 pounds overweight. I’m on a diet right now. Have lost 9 pounds.
I think I’d look good if I lost 20-25kg

I don’t focus on weight as much as how I want to look. My ideal weight is around 137 based on how my body looks at that weight, but any less than that I’m too skinny. I probably could stand to lose about 15lbs. But the highest I ever weighed was 197. So I was at one point 60 lbs over my ideal weight. I dropped all that weight too over the course of about 7 months, but still bounce between 135 and 160 quite regularly.
About 15 kgs… I have a long way to go if I can actually achieve this…maybe not
Might have to settle for a heavier weight than that.
Especially on aripiprazole I just don’t know

Unfortunately, the only way I see myself losing weight is if I start running/jogging. And that sounds completely terrible

I’m 214 and need to be 150-160. So about 65 lbs. Already lost e0 so I am hoping to lose the rest.
I need to lose at least 50 lbs to get below 200. Then I’d go from there. All these years of meds have taken their toll on my body. I thought maybe I should try tennis again. Heck, maybe I still should. I also have poor eating habits. I survive mostly on cereal. I probably need to stop that. That said, I do eat quite a bit of fruit so that’s good.

Same here. I’m about 70 - 80 pounds overweight, but I have a good idea for a diet. It’s called the “trash can diet”. That is, leave all shelter and eat out of dumpsters. It’s much safer to do in cold weather. I found that you get a lot of stale french fries when you do that.
I WANT to lose about 10kg, which means 68kg. I NEED to lose 4 or 5 kg or so to not be overweight anymore.
