Haha. About 4. And ive had a splitting headache all day, but im reluctant to take painkillers, cos of my liver.

I only slept 2 hours last night, and that was with 50mg of Quetiapine. Insomnia really annoys me. Since I was a child I have never slept at all without being sleep deprived, unless I took something.

About 11, maybe a little less. That’s pretty average to me. I seem to need it since being on Caplyta.
