How much money do you have in savings?

Sorry if this is too personal of a question I’m just curious I have 3900$ saved but I have dental work that needs to be done so I’m worried I won’t have savings much longer

About $1,700.00. I’m saving money to move with.

Currently about $3,000 in the hole. I also have about $1,000 worth of dental work to do, but it’s just going to have to wait

I cancelled my house insurance, cut back on my CAA coverage and cancelled the fall detection unit in case I seizure. I don’t think I need it anymore

I want to be back to Ground Zero by the end of this year

I didn’t spend the last stimulus check. I just put it in my savings account. I’ve got maybe $70 in cash. 18 ones and five rolls of quarters for laundry. A pocket full of change.

I got a fair chunk, but have to raid it to pay my tax bill :sob:

Not as much as I had. We incurred significant expenses helping out in-laws with their financial mess.

Not a lot. But I do have equity ( house for example)
I am not rich by any means but I get by and have money for hobbies.

Exactly how much is too personal but I have money in checking and savings as well as in the stock market. I’m doing ok.

It is. The parents have been losing money at farming for a while and hiding it from the family. We are trying to get the blessed farm wound up. Dad is going straight into LTC (dementia). No idea what to do with mom (well, I have some ideas, but they start at morally wrong and go downhill from there).

Not a lot in savings. I’ll just share that I am getting smarter by not spending money on booze and not eating out a lot.

I have a lot of savings compared to what I used to have.

Not going to get into detail about how much, but I very rarely (even before Covid) go out to eat or spend on alcohol

My life style is pretty frugal in a lot of ways, but I still buy what I want and don’t need for much

The way I have been able to accumulate has been through my skills in Excel, and being able to do my accounting effectively

The only debts I have are student and mortgage

I owe no other money

I accumulated some debts but its all paid off soon. No savings. I wouldn’t know why I need savings. I got my regular pension and Medicare. I still trust in our government it stays that way.:joy:

My disability income is already too low.
Nothing saved in the end of the month.
I take 315 euros monthly.
