around 6-12 previously. Stopped 3 weeks ago but smoked a leftover one today. And quitting for good now. No cigarillos either.

Zero cigarettes, zero vape… honestly, quitting the vape has been harder than giving up the cigarettes. I chew nicotine gum all day long.

No idea but I smoke 100g’s of tobacco per week

Been able to get an organised effort by some family who travel a lot

So smoke duty frees mostly.

Not intending to quit any time soon

I quit over 5 years ago. It was causing me bad health plus I didn’t even enjoy it anymore. To be honest I only enjoyed it the first two weeks I smoked. Then I got used to the nicotine and it didn’t do anything for me anymore.
