when I was prodromal I would do 5 sets of 25 push ups in the morning and evening. thatās 250ā¦the next day I would do 5 sets of 25 set ups in the morning and eveningā¦I also rode a stationary bike five miles and did about 30 mins of yogaā¦I was built really wellā¦now I have a belly and donāt hardly exercise anymoreā¦need to need toā¦
