missed a day of meds due to falling asleep and now i am getting worse again and now im taking them properly and at the correct times how long does it generally take to kick in

Different meds take different amounts of time to leave and reenter your system. You just missed one dose? When I miss one dose I generally just feel a little off for a day or so. Sometimes I don’t even notice. They should have started working since you’ve already started taking them again. What’s getting worse?
my anger fits are getting worse because i keep listening to them telling im not sick
