How long have you kept out of hospital for?

March/April ‘18, three years?

I was hospitalized in february 2020 for not more than a week havent been there again since.

About 2 months. I’ve never made it more than 2.5 years, though.

2 or 3 years

It’s been a good four years. I don’t know how better I am so maybe my coping skills have improved.

2 years. I have no intention of going back but who knows what tomorrow holds. My biggest problem is my previous pdoc was a part of the “good” hospital and my new one is part of the scary hospital.

Don’t wanna jinx anything but:

2015 for an in-patient stay, and 2019 for an outpatient program.

2016 was last time

Three years. Probably ending soon.

Somewhere between 2 and 3 years ago. I got sick 6 years ago.

2018, I was given the invitation to go to the psych ward or else get daily visits from the NHS ‘crisis team’ for a month.

I went with the crisis team. Because,

the hospital was scary last time I went there, people screaming at night and it was affecting my auditory hallucinations. as well as deep deep paranoia and thought broadcasting on the ward. was intense.

Diagnosed in 2011, january 2015 stopped meds, hospitalized and put back on meds december 2016. Never stopped meds and therefore never hospitalized since then.

10 years. I have almost been hospitalised twice since then but I went to a retreat twice to help me.

What kind of retreat,

It’s a place you can go here near by instead of hospital. You go there and rest basically.

Last time in the hospital was 2012. I came close to going back in 2019 as my voices were pushing me to go, bit I was able to pull through with a med increase.
