0.5mg clonazepam and just take it sometimes as needed

I’ve been using Ativan on and off since 2013.

I have a prescription of it right now but I don’t use it often. I almost never take it back to back days. It’s an easy drug to get addicted to in my opinion.

I’ll take 2 MG once a week, twice Max.

I’ve been Abilify for about a week now. Same with Paxil ( though I was on Paxil before, happy to be back on it )

Ive used imovane for 1 month. Didnt help for sleep. Didnt cause tolerance.

I used klonopin off and mostly on from 2010-2018. Not yet in 2019. The most I ever was on was 2 mg a day. But now I’m off it. Never had much of a tolerance or addiction issue.

I’ve only used Ativan once, over a decade ago, after a chest surgery. I didn’t like the effect that it had on me so I stopped taking it.

Over the past three years ive used lorazepam, klonopin, and xanax. Doses always vary. Lorazepam worked best for me, no tolerance

Previously I took 0.5 mg Klonopin twice per day for six years. No tolerance issues.

This time around I take the same dose and this is starting my fifth year on it. I use it as a PRN so I don’t always take it, but usually do. Hope that helps.

0.5mg Clonazepam. Seven years. Not addicted to them.

If @roxanna and @Moonwalker have taken it long term, it gives me hope that maybe I can take it long term if sertraline doesn’t cure my anxiety.

  1. Now my pdoc wants me to take it every day. So I have since October. I don’t get why they are so important. I don’t get bad panic attacks any more even when I was talking it PRN

Since last year. Used to take 1mg of lorazepam as a prn. Then switched doctors and they put me on Klonopin 1mg prn. Never taken enough to build up a tolerance.

I have been taking .25 mg of Xanax since about 2013. Only one tablet a day. It does me well. I have some .5 Clonipins I was given when I quit Geodon cold turkey last year but I only took about two of them. Still have the rest.

I take .5 mg klonopin 3 times a day. Have been for years… don’t think it does much, but I would probably notice if I stopped.

I was on 30mg of Diazepam a day for about a year and a half.

To be honest, I stopped needing it as it wasn’t actually doing anything in the end.

Was pointless even taking them so I stopped.

I have hundreds of the things. I might take them back to the pharmacy.

I was taking 2.5mg Ativan 3 times a day for some months. I quit on my own cos I was afraid of addiction. And one day that I hadn’t taken the morning pill, I was in stupor, catatonic, couldn’t move, talk, for one hour

I took Ativan for about 6 years. 3mg in total a day. I quit it by using diazepam and coming off it slowly. I am now benzo free. I would never take another.

I took klonopin on and off for like 3 years.

The APs actually do better for my anxiety
