Two Months ago for me the first time in a very long time. I enjoyed myself. It started off rough but i eventually had a good time. What about you?

I believe it was actually Halloween night of 09’. Went in drag with a black velvet dress and a blue wig and my girlfriend went as a “hot chick” in a…black dress without the blue wig. Movie people…very drunk me…inserted myself into a conversation about steam punk of which I knew nothing about yet was drunk enough to think I did. Threw my wig across the room…girlfriend takes me to the rooftop where I roll a joint but the bag blows away in the wind onto a glass sunroof onto which I very carefully and very stupidly crawl out on…girlfriend not happy, yelling…crying…general unhappiness.
Parties were a thing of my youth…as in my teens, that’s when they were fun. I write too much.

About 4 hours since I left my grandson’s birthday party.
Oh, THAT type of party!

@Twang. Even that type of party counts. Socializing with large groups of people maybe with music.
I went to a xmas dinner and felt lonely in a crowd. … pretty sad really, im hoping that a planned night on new years eve turns out to be a laugh tho - I must make more effort to talk next time

I have actually never taken a Jell-O shot. I have eaten Jell-O though…and can remember that old Jell-O commercial of Bill Cosby pronouncing each syllable “J…E…LL…OOOOOO”
Remember test tube shots at this dive bar pool hall my old band used to play at, they’;d have these girls who weren’t even old enough to be there walking around serving them and I’d always give them c**p that it tasted like coolaid…like where’s the liquor? And they’d be all like…it’s suppppoooosed to.
I’m being weird though…I’m actually severely lonely yet feeling full of myself. Friday night…alone…eating skittles. It’s after midnight. Speaking of parties though…I had enough of them in my early years for a lifetime I suppose.
I know I’m very weird and talk too much.

The last was the mental health resource centre party in 2008.
I went to a barbaque my sister had with her friends about four months ago.
We had a Hannukah party for family about a week ago. I alternated between eating, sitting in a corner comforting my cat, and playing legos with my niece while the adults hung out in another room. But even though I don’t fully get parties, even the ones I’m hosting, everyone had a good time. Myself included.

when i was 17/18 i got hit in the face for staring…i was so drunk it took me a while to realize !?!

I went to a Halloween party and a Christmas party this year at the mental health resource center I attend this year. It was somewhat crowded and lots of people were smoking (outdoors where they were allowed to.)

-not the type of parties I would prefer though.
well, thanksgiving with family was kind of a party. this Christmas Eve is another party with family and I’m planning on drinking too much because my girlfriend is driving…yay…
You know what? Really, my last party was two days ago…Holiday party and something called a Yankee swap with friends down at the clubhouse. Who says, despite our jokes about spiking the punch, it needs to be “that kind” of party right?
