The other day I had a mini episode that lasted for a couple of hours. I was extremely agitated and grandiose.

If your medicated, probably a few hours.
If your not medicated, could be days, weeks or months. I know my first psychosis didn’t end for one month.

For me the episode could last up to six hours
Over time as things are now they last about a half hour

My last episode lasted about 48 hours. I was un medicated though, per pdoc’s orders. As soon as I was put back on medication, the episode was over.
