How long do your auditory hallucination last? mine last from few mins to hour+.
what feelings do you get when you start hallucination? I get negative voices, it makes my mood low and irritable.

With no meds mine are 24/7 with meds never
The longest my audio hallucinations have lasted were three months and that was 24/7 for three months straight. And that was with meds. But, usually, they only last a few minutes and then go away when I’m on meds. Without meds, they can last a long time.

When Alien visits me he tends to stay in short bursts for up to 15-20 mins, sometimes just 5. Off meds or when I relapse he can visit more often.
On meds he comes from once or twice a week up to once a month
Off meds/in relapse he comes for short stretches several times a day
How do I cope? Distraction. Reading. Music. Or talking to someone.
Because if I’m by myself doing nothing I’d talk to him instead and he’d start tormenting me and laughing at me. If I ignore him he goes gradually away. He’s like a big bully.
What feelings do I get when Alien starts talking? Distress, because he’s evil and makes evil suggestions and insults. But when Sarah the good spirit talks I feel all warm and fuzzy inside. She defends me against Alien (the evil spirit).
Mine only come when I’m super stressed, and it’s more like auditory distortions due to my audio processing diffculties than actual hallucinations.
But they usually last anything from 5 minutes to 5 hours.
