How long do you sleep?

I sleep about 10-12 hours a night. Crazy that’s like half the day.

Lately its been 3-5 hours of crap sleep…light and sound have become a pain to deal with…

Wife: “How did you sleep last night?”

Me: “Horizontally”

(It’s a miracle she still puts up with me after all of this time!)

3-6 hours. Need 6 hours to function. Less than 3 every night makes me psychotic in 3 days.

I sleep a good 10 hours from 8 or 9p to 5am.

The amount I sleep varies. This weekend I slept a lot. During the week I sometimes don’t get more than three or four hours of sleep.

It varies between 8 and 12 hours now.

I sleep at least 12 hours a day, some days 14 hrs.

Usually between 6-8hrs.

I sleep 10-12 hours a day (sometimes 8 hours).

It depends on the meds you are on.

On risperdal I slept like 12 hrs. Clozaril, 10-12. Latuda8-10.

gosh i sleep sometimes round the clock, its awful because i wake up next day or day after that day. i havent done too bad this past few days but on wednesday think it was, cant remember days sometimes. i slept from 1pm and woke up about 9pm i think went to loo. got in bed and slept til 4 because of man upstairs and then slept til about 3pm xx

if i take all my meds in one go i sleep for hours n hours xxxxx and i have a hangover type feeling

I sleep 8 hours. Sometimes I fall asleep at 10 pm, sometimes at 2 am.

I’ve been sleeping more lately and I don’t know why. I’m about to change my meds up and increase a more activating med, maybe that’ll help.

About 7 hours at the moment but broken sleep. I would love to sleep 10 hours with no interruptions

Ten hours most nights.

I wish I could only sleep 8

I’ve been sleeping 12 hours for like a year. Going to bed around 3 am and waking up around 3 pm. It was Just because I was so bored. I don’'t know how to spent my time. I’ve been improving myself lately though. Trying to sleep 8 hours. From 12 to 8. If I have some activity planned the next day that helps.

Typically I take my evening meds at 6 PM and then go to sleep at 8-9 PM and wake up in the next morning at 6 AM, 9-10 hours, which is good, then in the morning I have coffee, take my meds and typically go for a walk or bicycle riding at 7 AM, today was a wonderful sunrise. It is my routine as it has been for many years. Now it gets dark earlier and this helps me to go to sleep earlier.
