How I organize my life digitally

Every piece of information is inside cloud storage (OneDrive)
Divided into “Business”, “Family”, “Job”, “Volunteer”, and “Worship” --they may contains images and documents.

I am planning to start e-commerce and at the same time want to take over a computer shop business for $2250.

These are valuable piece of file collected over the years relating to my volunteering service for nursing home and non-profit schizophrenia website.

Looks good, now I remembered my info collection activities in America in the 1990s (in my old life), basically I received the great number of emails and I had filters to screen messages and then to transfer these to specific folders in my application. I probably still have hundreds of emails I have not read in my old computer.

Yes, folders with different label.

Those are valuable e-mails, and meaningful to you.
I strongly suggest you keep them.

I think that those old emails are not valuable at all, they are not meaningful to me, but they are also stored in my old computer that I never really use. Back in the 1990s when I was healthy and lived in America I spent a lot of money in modern technology, my life was totally different then. I had my special interests such as when I was subscribed to a daily intelligence report and other things like that. The life was different then.
