I think my ability to change emotions and moods have improved over the years. For example I can look at the mirror and can create any emotion face. For example I pretend as if happy and actually start to feel happy then the next moment if I pretend sad, face frown etc I can feel sadness even though seconds before i made happy feeling. This goes for other emotions like anger and others. If I not make any emotion I automatically go to zombie mode with flat face and no emotion.
Anyone able to shift their moods, emotions rapidly like this? The thing is it not coming automatically like bipolar, depression etc instead manually creating and can shift moods and emotions any time I want.
Stand if front of mirror and try to create different emotions like happy, sad, anger, depressed etc. Previously i find it hard to make as current emotions, mood does not allow to shift to new emotions very quickly.
Yes it can be used as a trick to keep all bad emotions, feelings away. Simply act as if happy, smile etc even though feel depressed, angry or feel nothing inside.
