Exercising is great if you feel depressed, when I have low energy, I try to drink some coffee and maybe to ride my bicycle. Being in the sunshine helps too.

I think about a lot of things to do like read, exercise, music, tv, cleaning… at the end, i do nothing. I do a little bit of everything but i give up of everything quickly.
I have really low energy today cause I’ve slept like ■■■■ the last two nights. Today I had a nap and just been playing monster hunter on my switch. I walked the dog too.
Got to build up a bit more energy to cook later on. I’m really tired today.
