Do you do any preparation before reading. Like tiding room or exercise
I usually just read. Some books are really better as audiobooks. Doesn’t take as much work
I don’t understand English to listen to audiobooks my English is not that good
I recommend to read just in a normal way
Maybe I read somewhere outside in park forest but I need to wait for warmer weather
I read 5 pages a day, everyday. Takes 15 minutes. Makes me feel like I’m growing some doing it. Something to do I guess.
Not a bad habit
I too listen just to audiobooks and cannot read more than three pages at a setting…so audio books saved me.
I read the blurd on the back then read de book.
I’m always reading at least 4 to 5 books at a time. Either paper or hardback. Never digital or audio. I find that I can’t focus with audio books. My mind wanders too much. Could have something to do with the fact that I am hard of hearing. I do peruse digital magazines occasionally however.
Keep trying, take lots of break, but keep going back to it.
I just open the book and read.
We had a library of over 2,000 books some rare. Our basement flooded and we lost almost all of them. Now I read books digitally, with audio when I can’t see.
I just make sure I get comfortable before I open a book. When I did read, I’d read for about 30-45 minutes then put the book down. I enjoy reading but don’t read much these days other than articles and stuff on the internet.
I will try to read few pages everyday
usually from left to right
I haven’t read books in a while. I go in spurts. I’ll read a lot and then stop and take a break and feel unmotivated. I’ve probably read over a 100 books since I got sick in 2011. I usually like to have a clean room when I read so I don’t get distracted.
That’s very cool
