I listen to music all the time. When I have one of my anhedonic phases it doesn’t say much to me , but I listen anyway.
When I enjoy the music I know I am improving. It’s one of the first signs.

I have a pair of Ohm floor speakers I found in my basement, from the 70s I believe. Still work great!
I listen to all my music through Youtube, Pandora, or SiriusXM
Music is probably my #1 coping mechanism – I feel great with it always on. Gets me through the day
Wireless speaker, wireless headphones, YouTube through my T.V or tablet. Sometimes a good old cd.
Music is a huge part of my life. It picks me up and pumps me up. I always have it running when my wife isn’t around, because she’s not into the same stuff I am.
I listen on Youtube, I run my own online station that I also listen to a lot, and I listen to an MP3 player when I want to save my phone battery or there is no Net available.
I’ve got a HIFI WALKER H2 that I really like and use a lot on walks.
I have to listen to music every day. It is important to keep my sanity, therapeutic. Amongst other I have a small mp3 player I bring with me in bed. Then I listen to music for about 30 minutes or so before I go to sleep. It’s a good way to end the day.
I listen to music in my bedroom used to every night now not as much on a 5-disc cd player it also has a radio on it but don’t listen to it just CDs even though some people may think CDS are old school but that’s how I like to listen to my music or online on YouTube.
