I like mine sunny side up and fried.
Fried but leave the yolk raw.
My mom used to make me Zuckerei (translation: sugaregg) as a special treat when I was a kid. Itās just egg yolk mixed with sugar.
Out of the options you have mentioned I think I rather scrambled on most occasions.
But only lightly scrambled so they are soft.
It is nice to add fresh chives and parsley.
My grandpa made awesome scrambled eggs.
They donāt taste like anything unless you put spices. Think about it, they didnāt evolve to be eaten so they arenāt tasty by themselves. Especially the whites.
I was raised in soviet block and I do remember this too damn well. The one issue I had that it had to be eaten rather quickly or else the consistency used to get liquefied if you wait for any longer. And the pleasure of eating it disappeared instantly.

Me too I was godmother to his yet-to-be-laid monster eggs.
I like mine easy fried or poached itās so hard to choose.
They used to give us creamed eggs in psych hospital. It always made me feel nauseous. Sometimes omelettes and scrambled eggs can make me nauseous too. Iām not sure itās due to the egg or what goes with the egg.
I get tired of eggs fast.
