How do you know your job is done?

Is it when i am happy or the boss is happy?

I think when you get paid with material or immaterial goods. When you do a bad job you get paid with pain.

had a phone interview

drag me over the coals

about why I left all my previous jobs

I nearly screamed at her, I decide!

I never got the job.

I was always a good worker because of the quality and speed. But it’s not like we should be acted up like slaves. If you don’t like something you need to say it out or/and find a better job.

I’m starting to understand why my two friend got they’re disability even if they good to work…

Work is very fickle and dealing with nasty people is not doing good for our health

The thing about these people is that we vote for them, so they better become like Japan - who appreciate the workers and please them as much as they can.

In an ideal world our jobs would be brothers and sisters. Friends and Partners. Mothers, Fathers, daughters and sons. Staying in a paid job wouldn’t be primary. A job you like is not work.

Also the only country where there’s a word for dying from to much work.

And where being disable is like being in Italy in 1935

We should reduce the work hours and pay the people more. It’s only plastic and paper after all…

We, the workers should be content.

In a perfect world…

As the Finns tend to say “Maassa maan tavalla” - i.e. “Do it in a way like it is in an each country”. My voices can shut up now.

I think our society (social system) works against our own human interest. The most powerful countries forced that unhealthy system on human mankind. Its unfair.

are you a Socialist?

I’m all for a livable wage.

Phil makes $26 an hour

no way in hell with an English degree I’d get that.

I’m so thankful for him.

No i am not Christian. I got far to much time to be socialist. Maybe our modern working system is good. They are generations living on welfare or work. Depends what you learned in life and what you are happy with. I changed dramatically. My interests and goals are not the same anymore. All socialist countries working to much.

Employers need to realize or not whether they get better results by a good pay rate.

There will be longevity, loyalty, and better conditions, typically, if a person is paid.

Traditionally, low line of generational welfare includes pimping out their teenage daughters,

being poor is an absolute sin.

Poor people like beggars are sinners and deserve it? I don’t think so. They are the victims of our society. People you don’t want to be reminded of how cruel we are as a community. Its still our educational institutions who got it wrong.
