If I ever get fired because they find out I have a mental illness I have the right to sue them and get a settlement right?

it was a very brave move when I asked a guy working there
if he’d go into HR and tell them the security guard was talking bad
about crazy people with mental illness to him, right in front of me
that’s all they needed was proof. It did no good. I had to quit.
He was nearly forcing me to come in and clean his office
just so he could interrogate me. I was trying to avoid him.
I saw how badly they treated a worker with OCD.
Just a terrible work environment.

That must have been terrible. Most people have a limit understanding of the world and they content that way.

I measure how well I’m doing by how my boss thinks I’m doing. I don’t work anymore though.
