Well I have the same problem right now. For a while now I can think clearly and comprehend well.
Is the 10 mg olanzapine I am using not working anymore. I just remember me waking up sometime, whilst still being sleep not being responsive. Also I am motivated to do stuff something never thought possible.

Hundreds of studies show that the meds work. People have thoroughly documented it.

Meds keep me focused on the things that are important rather than random meaningless connection that find meaning in our brain.
