How can you see yourself in 3rd person..more specificly during psychosis

ive been above and behind myself numerous times… ive watched myself watch myself in the mirror before… how does that work… I can recall the emblem on the back of my hat and know what the back of my head looks like from first person view… that’s a clever mind trick…

It’s your ‘mind’s eye.’

I can walk myself through the house I grew up in, and I left that house over 30 years ago and haven’t been back.

I can see myself laying in bed as if I am hovering above myself when I am trying to fall asleep it is weird

that sounds like wonderful memory…built in google earth street level memory… I cant recall places or events that well… all of mine are live feeds… also more specifically during psychosis… during a DID moment I blank out completely… but during extreme psychosis I am forced to watch myself a lot of the times…

@sigarino I do that too… right before I leave earth… well most the time I leave earth sometimes I go to a desert im unsure exactly where its located but it seems very earthy…

the first time i recall doing this i was 6… it was the watchers i know that’s me personifying my hallucinations but they have been with me forever… i joined in the watching… my body went from room to room counting things i could not see… i followed my body from an above view i can recall items in rooms i had never been into before and things above my actual eye view… i was shaken awake by my friends mom… i told her to call the police because they were here…
