I did. But that kind of approach don’t work on me unfortunately.

I’m going on a 3 week vegetable fast though.

I need to boost my confidence before I start my new job on December 1st.

Wat about u how is ur diet and excercise going.

Aw that’s amazing  I’m glad to hear that and yes I have faith in stuff too. It helps but what helps the most is other things, for me

Exercise well. Diet Im eating 1nce a day lol I thought I couldn’t but I was proven wrong. Super easy to manage calories.

The vegetable fast seems like a bad method. You need proteins. And healthy fats like avocado, nuts or fish

You need external motivation.

On your phone write a few notes on Why you should do something for whatever activity you need to do.

Example
Go for a walk

  1. Fresh air is good for me
  2. I can see the birds and trees
  3. Even if I dont feel like it I know it will better once I am out there
  4. Good for my body

Maybe defining motivation can help.

According to Google:

The word motivation is derived from the Latin term ‘movere’, which means ‘to move’.

Like for me at work every morning its like my brain forgets why Im suppose to do anything. So i remind myself why I need to this or that. My internal motivation is very low. I dont think about goals or anything its kind of odd but just seems how I am. I mostly live day to day. Id like to have some goals again.

That’s a good point, reminding myself why this and that is important for me. Cheers moite.

Bad idea tbh. Balanced diet low calories is best.

You can lose 3kg in 3 weeks. You lose more it’s lean mass you don’t want that.

Eating balanced and healthy is the best method.

Dude that’s profound. Like those guys really knew what they were talking about, but we seem to be lost all the time.

Nahh we gonna have to agree to disagree.

I’m only doing dat 4 3 weeks u see. After that it will be normal.

I just wanna see some drastic results.

That’s like the nr 1 not to do on a diet. But I guess you need more experience with crash diets (which don’t work). Go ahead.

question: how do you get your calories when eating just once a day? i cant eat 2500-3000 kcal in one meal haha

Hmmm 2.5 is possible, but I come from eating twice a day and maintain weight, so I just cutted one meal and I’m g2g. I think I eat just a little bit more in my main meal.
