i am very tired i have no motivation and power of will i want to sleep…i dont think my cognitive symptoms get worse, it cannot it just can get better
I slept from 11:30-5:30 yesterday, then from 6-10, then I stayed up until 2 am and slept in until noon!! I’m still tired!! I’m baffled as to how I am sleeping this much, like yeah I missed sleep one day but this is excessive. 19 hours!!!
I woke up at like 5 am randomly with really bad paranoia and again was thinking someone was hiding in my apartment. I had to take 2 klonopins to calm down so maybe that’s why I slept so long. I had wonderful dreams though. But now I’m having trouble motivating myself to do what needs to get done today. There’s sooo much to do.

I daydream all the time. That’s like 80% of my thoughts lol and the other 20% is business and real world junk.
Well at least it’s a good way to fall asleep and you don’t suffer from insomnia.
I can’t read books either. It started when my mental health started to decline more steadily. I can’t remember the details from the start of the story, so by the time I’m halfway through the book, idk what I’m reading anymore and don’t know what’s going on and can’t remember who is who.
