I have been staying in bed until the afternoon because of depression of the immense temps lately…so bad. hope you guys are having a nice day…I am ok now…just sitting directly in front of the a/c unit.

I just went outside. It is a 108°. I took a drive. The car read a 109°. Either way is too hot. Going back in and taking a nap. Not too long because that too, can cause depression. Bring me back all those old thoughts. Trying to stay busy with household chores. And hope not to wear the air conditioner out.

Mild here today thankfully. Spent the morning doing chores and shopping. About to go out and work on my wife’s van as the rear brakes are acting up.
