Be careful Jim If it’s so hot maybe u shouldn’t risk the possibility you won’t be able to sleep during the day. If you’re schedule is messed up and it’s 90f degrees then you might not feel too good I don’t think.
I would just put the ac on and aim a fan at your bed that’s what I do.

Yeah I have a fan but no ac. Ac isn’t common in Britain but I am contemplating buying a moveable window unit

I just think it’s easier to sleep at night. Take it easy drink a lot of water during the day

Was only 21C outside but my flat is 25C. Am just really uncomfortable
