For me its an impossible task, what about you ?
For me smoking is efortless, comes naturally.
Lol
Joke aside, I haven’t tried to quit since a year ago. I do plan on smoking a bit less, I am at 10/day now.
I admit to myself lighting up, "i am powerless over cigarettes"
Trouble is, I like to smoke. I don’t hate how I smell afterwards. It’s unfortunate. It’s what probably kept me from quitting when I tried. Still, I should try again.
I switched to vaping and then switched from vaping to nicotine lozenges (4mg). Then I quit the lozenges.
As of yesterday, I’ve gone 7 months without a cigarette. It hasn’t been easy, and I still really want to have one. But I’ll try to keep my streak going.
I quit alcohol nicotine marijuana all at once
I figured I would go through hell but it is heaven without the stuff in my life
Damn you’re a strong one dude! Cold turkey is hard to do nevermind 3 substances at once
i like the smell of smoke afterwards. cigarettes started making me gag tho so i switched to nicotine pouches
Still vaping unfortunately
I quit 30 years ago and I have not been able to start smoking again. Bloody impossible if you ask me.
I quit cold turkey years ago
I never looked back
I’m on 12mg after switching from 20mg.
I hope to get to 0mg and then drop vaping all together.
Braveheart!
Since a week ago I smoke 9 cigs a day instead of 10. My turkey is proving to be rather warm…
It’s ok @Andrey
A slow gradual reduction works as well
102 days since i quit.
Going strong.
I have been only vaping nicotine since November, I haven’t had a cigarette since October. I didn’t feel the benefits of that until I switched to vaping dry herb cannabis instead of burning it in a pipe. I immediately felt better and could smell things I couldn’t before. I’m saving so much more money on them both and use cannabis much less frequently. Those successes compelled me to switch to non-alcoholic beer. It’s been 13 days since my last beer, which is the longest I’ve gone in a very long while. No cravings for that as long as can get a case of the fake beer in its place.
I know I quit 2 or 3 weeks back but not sure when and where.
I stopped the sole reason it does have direct effect on my thoughts.
I started to value my thoughts more.
Because the thing one or two I learnt from smoking.
Either decide to smoke and never look back till death.
Or
Decide to not to smoke and never look back till death.
Because the decision are varying if I don’t do any of the above. I say I will quit and smoke. I am playing around with my decision which will become the same to rest of the decision too.
So I chose to stop because I got to decide many more plans and thoughts.
