How about a weekly weigh in?

lots of us here are overweight. how about we have a weekly weigh in so we can see how we;re doing with our diets? what do u think?

Personally I like the idea, but I think the thread might become difficult to follow. Not a bad idea at all @jaynebeal! I love the positivity you bring to the forums…always offering to listen to those who need an ear, even if you have no idea who they are. Personally, I think you should post MORE. :smiley:

178 and trying to get bigger

I’m 240, but I’m tall and solidly built for a girl. It’s those Ukrainian farmer genes I got from my grandparents! Well, except the tall part, I got that from my dad’s side. Still, 240 is seriously overweight, and I really do need to go on a diet and exercise program. Oh well!

217 lbs today. Trying to lose 18 lbs more.
I started my diet when I was 251 lbs several months ago.

I am 55 kilos. Have no idea how much it is in your system. Who could tell me this?

55 kilo equals about 121 pounds.

Yeah, this is a US-dominated website, and us Americans have everything backwards in terms of measurements. We don’t use kilometers, we use miles. We don’t use centimeters, we use inches and feet. And finally, we don’t do kilograms, we use pounds. Totally ridiculous.

220 pounds: target weight 205

I just weighed myself- I gained some weight I am 220lbs target weight 200lbs, but I too will be satisfied at 205lbs - this is a good idea @jaynebeal - I weighed myself this morning, this time without bulky clothes and before eating, first thing in the morning - 216.5 lbs is my current weight

190 lbs. 5’4" going down 5 or 10 lbs a year from 245 to hopefully 120.Add-on 1 mg risperdal has been very helpful

6’3 and about 180-85 pounds.

258 down from 282 when I started dieting

242 down from 255. I’m doing weight watchers now. The receipes are very good

I’m sitting at a constant 210. I guess I’ve been on a diet of sorts but I’m not losing any weight. I eat 1 or 2 times a day and don’t excercise. I guess if I really wanted to get back down to 185 I could start running but I’m pretty happy with my weight.

are you kidding if I wanted to be weighed in public id go to weightwatchers and get patronised LOL
