Yesterday morning I went to put rubbish out and couldn’t. A new door with a keypad had been installed. This to stop people not from the flats dumping rubbish. They had planned to install it last year and actually gave out a key code. I went down and tried with that key code-no luck.
My stepdaughter phones and gets the key code. It’s been changed. She FB messages it to me. I go done this morning to put the rubbish out. Input the code. Turn the handle. Nothing. Emailed customer services.Waiting for a reply.
Got automated reply back. 2 working days for a response. I think I had the same when asking for the weekly rent and service charge to update Universal credit.
Be happy you have a house to live in man. Gotta look on th bright side.

You should change the title to something without the swearing in it though.

I would find that very annoying. Here we put our bins out on the street every two weeks for uplift
I’m sorry you had to put up with their disorganization. Hopefully it gets sorted out quickly and they get you the code asap so you don’t have to live with rubbish. Take care honey.
I know it’s a first world problem, but even us 1st world people need to moan sometimes. The keypad had a few letters as well as numbers, so perhaps I need to press a letter as well?(although my stepdaughter was never told that).
