Texas Pete was served with the fried chicken on Fridays at my high school back in early 2000s. I drenched the wings in it. I recommend any of their “wing sauce” variants. I like the flavor of wing sauces better than your standard hot sauce.
On a separate note, sriracha mixes very well 50/50 with ketchup.
I personally like Frank’s Wing sauce the best probably, though it isn’t the hottest. I highly recommend checking Amazon for Heinz Jalapeno Ketchup if you’re looking for a spicy version of tomato ketchup though. It’s not hot sauce per se but it’s adjacent. I use nothing but on my fries and burgers, I get it from either Amazon or Lidl.
