I used to only take cold showers but lately only hot showers. Cold showers now sounds unpleaseant to me. Hot showers make me sleepy right after for some reason. I read cold showers give energy and help boost metabolism. Ice baths are popular these days. I should go back to cold showers.
I read that hot saunas can cause infertility, it was said by an endocrinologist on youtube. Although I don’t think its permanent. Anyways I could barely breath last time I was in a sauna.
I take cold at least one cold shower a day. I love to sit in the cold for a couple minutes then turn the heat on, for a couple seconds I can actually relax.
