Cold showers

I just started taking cold showers I see the benefits of good skin and hydrated hair does anyone else take cold showers or am I the only one

I’d probably die if I took a cold shower.

I take cold showers and wash my hair with cold water. Well it’s not like freezing or anything.

I grew up with no hot water basically and now I can’t handle hot showers they’re like too much for me. I’m just used to cool water.

I hate cold showers, I love heat, in and out of the shower

I take mildly warm showers.
I don’t like hot showers either.

I used to rinse with cold water, but not lately.

I take my showers pretty hot but I sometimes finish with an ice cold rinse
