I wish I would have planned ahead and Bought like a 4 lb beef roast. I could have that going in the oven all day. At least it would smell like a holiday in here. Lol

Do they write in Spanish on the package in the US? Here in Quebec, French and English are both written but sometimes only French.

So many Mexican natives in the US. Maybe you weren’t aware but it’s kind a thing for them to move here and not learn the English language.
It used to piss people off. But I guess everyone got used to it. Personally I love the mexican culture. Music/food/language/etc

Just got back in from the morning walk. Was sad to see the air ambulance on the helipad outside the local hospital, it only ever shows up when someone is in crisis. Sure kind of a sucky day for that. Makes you grateful for the things going right in your own life.
Waiting for the teenlumpen to wake up so we can open prezzies. That could be a few more hours, she sleeps until noon these days.

Was going to drive a few hours to spend Christmas with my friend and her husband, but I just got an “exposure alert” on my Dept of Health COVID app. Looks like I’m staying home and getting tested on Sunday.
