Holiday weight gain

I’ve been behaving well before the holidays and have lost more than 3 kgs over the new year. It’s bloody hard work but I’m doing well with my eating and still having the odd treat. Be kind to yourself and make sure you have some fun.

My weight is still up, but I’m staying under my calorie limits. The plateau will break sooner or later.

I gained a lot of weight over the winter. I mean a lot. Like 15 pounds. Im going to lose it, though.

My main strategy for losing weight is buying fresh greens at the grocery store and just eating them with my hands like chips. One box of salad mix is about a meal and a half for me. That combined with daily bike riding is a really fast weight loss method.

Yes @shutterbug ive had my fair share of weight plateaus. They eventually stop and the weight starts coming off again. But it sure is frustrating while it’s happening

Plateau is busted. Wiped out the holiday weight gain and am in losing territory again.

I have a sneaking suspicion that I am gaining again. I have not weighed myself lately though.

d000d. Not to nag, but regular weigh-ins are essential. Weekly at least.

Thanks @Three 1515

You have COVID now? I hope you recover. Are you staying home? I’ve only dropped one lb. I’m around 193lbs because I took remeron.
