Yes I’m too scared to weigh myself. Not sure how much I’ve gained.
I’ve put on five pounds. Got to stop it because the extra weight is bad because of my arthritis.
I have not weighed myself yet
Going to let my body settle back down again before I do so.
A week without any physical work or swimming may mean I put on some weight, but not sure
For sure i put on some weight. But by February i will lost it all again.

I’ve been trying to eat healthily, however, the Winter season and the comfort foods do me in every time.

probably a few pounds, fudge and pie.
gained five or ten pounds, most of that is just filler from the excess food. folks dont really gain that much fat in as short a period as i did.
so today i’m fasting for half the day, except for coffee and milk. later in the day i will have produce. and then if the weight isn’t gone by tomorrow, i will start eating light until it’s all gone.
I honestly thought I had and jumped on the scale to tally up the damage. Turned out to have lost a bit and hit my yearly goal. I guess the habits I’ve built up are working as I rarely need to track calories now, I just eat better and limit myself to a serving from a smaller plate.
I don’t think you need to worry too much about the weight gain. When it’s around 3 pounds a good bowel movement will remove 2 of them.

I gained 5 pounds around Thanksgiving, but I’ve since lost it and maybe a couple extra. I feel pretty good about my belly’s appearance right now. Not too bloated and not too blubby. I hope it stays this way (or gets even better). crosses fingers

I also weigh myself after working when I get home too.
Kinda obsessed over it. I usually weigh myself twice a day
I was getting out of hand with the weighing. Now it’s first thing after I get up on Saturday mornings only. Otherwise I start to obsess and wanting to do extreme calorie restriction, which isn’t good for me.
I did read online to do it once a week.
Perhaps I need to start doing that too.
The problem is I have lost a lot of weight, and I worry because I have been here twice before, and let it slip and put all the weight back on again.
Pretty paranoid about it, as I am in the healthy range at the moment on BMI - I was just about in the obese category not even 12 months ago
I’ll usually weigh myself every 3 days or so.
i put on 3 pounds, im up to 138, need to put on more, would like to at least be 150 pounds, 160 would be better. but on the other hand, im glad i don’t overconsume so there are some advantages of being small.
I don’t know if I’ve gained any weight but i didn’t really eat all that much. I didn’t go to the family get together and my girl brought me a plate from her mom but that’s it.
Three pounds isn’t much. I wouldn’t let it bother you.
