ooh ive been so careful
now ive got high colestewrol
i had to change some of my diet because i have a gall stoone (only found in april) so i changed milky tea for green tea or other berry teas.
and bread i have none of now only once in a blue moon
and ive lost 4lb in weight
but i have high colesterol
arrg never wanted that wat to do now i eat fish n loads veggies x

I am sorry your going through that just diet and excerise. Also fish oil tablets help lower it too

I take lovastatin for high cholesterol and it allows me to eat what I want…just sayin’…

Exercise is very important in controlling cholesterol. Maybe you could go for brisk walks. That should help.

i walk about 14 miles a day on most days, and 7 miles on other days xxxx

i got some cod liver oil capsules and some omega 3 fish oil capsules xxxxx thank you
