You need to talk to a psychiatrist or a psychologist. I had aggression issues that were fixed with 5-6mg Risperidone. Clozapine is also used to reduce aggression and violent thoughts especially in schizophrenics. I asked the Dr to increase my dose to decrease aggression and he agreed. What meds and dose are you on? Abilify didn’t help the aggression. Latuda did but risperidone was best. I never tried Clozapine.

If you’re embarrassed maybe just say you have aggression issues and that you feel violent.

Well I hope you will really talk about it to your psychiatrist. Do you have one? He won’t call the cops on you just for having thoughts. Drs know that these thoughts can happen in sz.
