I know you little ■■■■■■■.
If you would take APs you would understand.
Now you think I just eat much, but the truth is that I eat very small meals
And in 2 months I lost 2kgs,after quitting zyprexa.
I will lose more, pdoc said
Its pretty rude to say that in the UK, we had a guy from eastern Europe at my last job that always used to say it to people, he even said it to me once and I keep myself pretty healthy. It is like, theres not much point in telling someone, it is not like they would not of noticed.
Exactly, it’s rude. No reason to say something like this. We both know that I am overweight, why do you need the need to point it out?
Meds make it so difficult to lose weight-- I’ve gained about 20 lbs since starting Abilify and Zoloft this year, but I’m working towards losing those pounds now.
It’s rude to point out someone’s weight-- you never know the reason behind it.
Good luck with your weight loss @Om_Sadasiva!
Thanks @Schztuna. Every 25 days that I see my pdoc, he weighs me and I have lost one kg without any exercise. If I would work out, I would lose even more kgs
When I was thin (but curvy- not overweight though), I had my boss go on a tirade about what sizes are appropriate for women and when a certain size means the girl is fat. He wasn’t talking about me, but unbeknownst to him, I was one of the sizes he considered fat because I wasn’t a size 6. I look best at around a 10/12. Otherwise, I’m too thin with my height. Right now, I am fat though.
That’s great @Om_Sadasiva! I remember reading that you were really overly medicated, so I’m glad that you’re having success on your new regimen and that the weight is coming off for you
I TAKE ■■■■■■■ PILLS YOU MORON.
WHAT DO YOU KNOW ABOUT THE STRUGGLES OF SCHIZOPHRENICS AND THE SIDE EFFECTS OF ANTIPSYCHOTICS?
I am really frustrated
Rude. Sorry you had to experience that @Happy_H. Everyone carries their weight differently-- pant size does not always mean a person is at a healthy weight for their frame.
I’m so sorry, @Om_Sadasiva. It’s so wrong that people judge us. They don’t know our struggles. Personally, I go back and forth on weight like it’s nobody’s business, yet I have no idea why. I get too thin and start to look emaciated (was even put on an appetite stimulant for it once), then I balloon up. No one knows why, but it’s been going on for years. I also have hypothyroidism, PCOS, and the APs. It’s just a nasty combo.
Just wanted to add that the last time my hubby’s doctor told him he needed to lose weight, hubby looked at the doctor and said, “So do you.” He’s never said that again to my hubby lol.
My aunt has been really overweight for years but she doesn’t eat much. She has a thyroid problem. Her husband still adores her though.
Good to see you around.
I had a few people ask if I’m pregnant a couple of years ago.
Actually asked when I’m expecting…
I told them I’m not pregnant.
I have the same problem @Om_Sadasiva. People think I eat a ton of food. But I don’t. My dr believes me luckily. While exercising I’ve managed to lose 3 pounds in the last 2.5 months so there’s hope. But I gained 100 pounds in 1 year on Seroquel. I will never take that drug again.
I’m lucky. My husband loves me and desires me even at my weight.
So does mine. But he does tease me sometimes like when I take of my shirt he’ll make a joke about my great abs lol. But I’m working out so hopefully it gets better over time
I can accept myself at this higher weight now but seriously, ■■■■ anyone who judges us based on our weight. I wouldn’t wish APs on anyone. They can be pure hell.
I don’t get why people feel the need to point out other people’s weight to their face like that.
I hare it when people suggest I do more to lose weight.
None of their god damn business!
I am happier at my weight now than I would be if my hubby weren’t so sweet to me. I think he would prefer me to be smaller, but when it comes down to it, he just loves me, big or small. And I love him.
