So no one know any personal information about you.
Employers don’t investigate your health info. if they do background investigation, they only know your employment history and education history is correct.
There are just discrimination about sz in society.
Sz.com is searchable by Google.

Unless, of course, you hack off someone you deal with IRL and they google you extensively trying to find something that could be poorly construed to use against you. I no longer use my real name here for that reason. Happened to me, but backfired on the people who figured they could use my illness to shame me.

i used for nickname optical brand name for glasses. no one is gonna search for me anyway.
If you’re concerned about your privacy, don’t post personal details such as real name, date of birth, etc. and be cautious about posting your photo.

i did make a mistake by using my real name to post my artwork in a bipolar group website. so if u search my real name, u’ll know that i;m bipolar… but still i dont think anyone cares.
i don’t think hacker will hack a sz patient, only if the hacker is paid to do this kind job.

My friends, family and co-workers all know I’m Sz, and all are okay with it.
So I don’t give a rat if someone finds me on this site. I haven’t said anything over the past year and a half on this forum that I wouldn’t say in real life anyways.

That’s how I felt until things blew up. I still selectively ‘out’ myself to people who are leaders in the community, but I’m being careful not to ‘buy grief’ these days.
